At Find My Promos (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we take pride in providing high-quality promotional products and apparel tailored to the unique needs of our clients. Because most of our products are custom-made, our Refunds & Returns Policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with the realities of custom production.
1. Custom Orders – All Sales Final
• Customized products (including items with logos, artwork, or personalized design elements) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• Once a proof has been approved by the client and production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
2. Proof Approval
• Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all digital proofs before production.
• Approval constitutes acceptance of design, spelling, colors, sizing, and layout. We are not responsible for errors that were approved in the proof.
3. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive products that are defective, damaged, or materially different from the approved proof:
• You must notify us within 7 business days of delivery.
• We may request photos, samples, or the return of the defective products for inspection.
• At our discretion, we will either:
o Replace the defective items at no additional cost, or
o Provide a refund for the defective portion of the order.
4. Non-Custom Stock Items
• For certain non-custom stock items (if offered), returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery in new, unused condition.
• A restocking fee may apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the client.
5. Order Cancellations
• Orders may only be canceled before proofs are approved and before production has begun.
• If materials or setup costs have already been incurred, cancellation fees may apply.
6. Shipping Issues
• We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
• We will assist in filing claims with carriers where applicable.
7. Refund Processing
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 10–15 business days after confirmation.

• Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Factors such as production delays, supplier availability, carrier disruptions, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery schedules.
• We are not liable for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.
4. Shipping Costs
• Shipping costs will be calculated and disclosed at the time of order.
• Large or oversized items may incur additional charges.
• Clients are responsible for all shipping, handling, customs duties, and taxes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Risk of Loss
• Title and risk of loss pass to the client once the order is delivered to the carrier.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once in transit.
• Upon request, we can assist with filing claims with the carrier.
6. International Shipping
• International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, import duties, and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the client.
• Delivery timelines for international shipments may vary significantly.
7. Delivery Inspection
• Clients must inspect all deliveries promptly upon receipt.
• Any discrepancies, shortages, or damages must be reported to us within 5 business days of delivery.
